Ok so this is my card that I want to put into two challenges....
Challenge #31 - Make a Monochromatic Card for Kaboodle Doodles
and the second one is Critters Sketch Challenge Blog #14
I love the free digi that I used in this card, I think that it would be great for any boy!
I have used water coloured pencils for this as well as a mix of papers that I have.
Very cute card! I love the strips and polka dots! Thanks for playing along with the Critter Sketch Challenge!
ReplyDeleteYou did a beautiful job coloring in the dragon with your water coloring pencils Kerry! I like it very much!
ReplyDeleteGlad to see you've started a blog! (you'll have loads of fun!)

Your card is adorable, your image is coloured beautifully and i love the paper you've used too. Thanks for joining in at Kaboodles. x
ReplyDeleteReally Cute card! Do you have any tips on how you printed the image on watercolour paper?
ReplyDeleteHi Heidi,
ReplyDeleteI went to my local variety shop and they had watercolour paper in A4 size, so I just put that in the printer and print. I don't do anything different from the normal printing, but I do set aside for an hour or two before using the pencils and water, seems to stop any bleeding of the ink!
Good Luck!
Great card,
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining us in our monochrome challenge this week at Kaboodle Doodles,

ReplyDeleteThanks for the printing tip. I will have a go and see if I can get my printer to take the water colour paper or if it too thick and jams my machine!
